Describe a picture in plain words and get an image in about half a minute. Looking for Meta's Muse? Scroll down for what Muse AI is, who makes it, when it launched and where it is available.

Be specific: subject, setting, light, mood.0 / 400
Shape

Press Ctrl+Enter to generate. Limit: 6 images per 10 minutes, 30 per day.

Independent tool. This generator is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Google, and it does not use Muse models. Images are created by a third-party service (Pollinations). Your prompt is sent to that service; do not enter private information.

How to use the AI image generator

  1. Write a prompt. Say what the picture shows, where it is and how it should feel.
  2. Pick a style and shape. Choose Photo, Illustration or Logo, then square, wide or tall.
  3. Generate, then refine. If the result is close, press "Try another version" or change a few words and run it again.
  4. Download. Save the image to your device when you are happy with it.

Prompt tips that improve results

  • Name one clear subject first, then add the setting, lighting and mood.
  • Use concrete details such as colors, materials and camera angle instead of vague words like "nice".
  • For logos, ask for "flat", "minimal" and a plain background. Text inside images is still unreliable for most AI generators, so add lettering yourself afterwards.
  • Change one thing at a time so you can see what made the difference.

What is Muse AI?

Muse is the brand name Meta uses for a growing group of AI products. Because the word is short and common, searches such as "muse ai", "ai muse" and "meta muse" lead to several different things. Here is how they fit together, based on public launch coverage up to October 3, 2026.

CanadaAvailable since September 18, 2026
UK, EU, India, Pakistan, AustraliaNo launch date announced in the sources we checked

Meta has said more countries will be added but has not named them or given dates. At least one publication lists Mexico as well, so treat this table as a snapshot and confirm with Meta. Muse Image features inside Meta apps follow a separate, country-by-country rollout.

Last checked: October 3, 2026. This page is not an official source.

Is Muse AI by Google?

No. Meta's Muse products are unrelated to Google. The Google connection comes from a 2023 research paper from Google Research that was also called Muse (Muse: Text-To-Image Generation via Masked Generative Transformers). It described a research model rather than a public app, so there is nothing to download under "Muse by Google". Google's own image models use other names, such as Imagen.

Frequently asked questions

About this tool

Is this the official Muse AI image generator?

No. This is an independent tool by CalculatorsPPM. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Google, and it does not run any Muse model. It turns your text prompt into an image using a third-party image generation service. If you want Meta's own Muse Image, use the official links further down this page.

Is this tool free to use?

Yes. There is no account and no payment. To keep it available for everyone, each visitor can create up to 6 images every 10 minutes and 30 per day. At busy times you may be asked to wait a little.

Is there a 100% free AI image generator?

Free generators exist, but "unlimited and free" is rare because every image uses real computing power. Most free tools limit how many images you can make, slow you down at busy times, or add watermarks. This tool is free with fair-use limits.

Can I edit a photo, make a video or turn an image into a video with it?

No. This tool only creates a new image from a text description. It does not edit uploaded photos, combine reference images, create video or download videos from other sites.

Are my prompts private?

This site does not save your prompts or the images you create. Your prompt is sent to the third-party image service so it can draw the picture, so please do not type personal, confidential or sensitive information into it.

Can I use the images commercially?

Rules depend on the generation service and on your country. In some places, images made purely by AI may not receive copyright protection. Check the service's terms before using images in paid work, and do not present generated images as real photographs of real people or real events.

What kinds of prompts are blocked?

Explicit sexual content, graphic gore, self-harm, content involving minors in unsafe ways, and requests for fake documents or deepfakes are refused. The tool is not a place for impersonating real people.

What is Muse AI?

What is Muse AI?

Muse is the name Meta uses for a family of AI products: Muse Spark (a language model introduced in April 2026), Muse Image (an image model released on July 7, 2026), a preview of Muse Video, and the Muse app, a personal AI agent that launched on September 8, 2026. People also search for it as "ai muse", "muse ai" or "muze ai".

What is Meta Muse Image and when did it launch?

Muse Image is Meta's first in-house image generation model, built by Meta Superintelligence Labs. Coverage at launch said it went live on July 7, 2026 in the Meta AI app, meta.ai, Instagram Stories in the US and WhatsApp in select countries, with other Meta apps promised later.

When did Muse launch, and in which countries is it available?

The Muse app launched in the United States on September 8, 2026 (iOS, Android, the web at muse.ai and WhatsApp) and reached Canada on September 18, 2026. It is for adults aged 18 and over. As of October 3, 2026, the sources we checked listed no launch date for the UK, the EU, India, Pakistan or Australia. Meta has said more countries will follow without naming them, and at least one outlet reports Mexico as listed, so check Meta's official pages for the latest.

Is Muse AI available in India, Pakistan or the UK?

Not yet, as far as announced. In the sources we checked, no launch date had been given for India, Pakistan, the UK or the EU. A VPN does not change this, because Meta checks the country attached to your account. Muse Image features inside Meta apps such as WhatsApp may vary by country.

Where can I download Muse AI?

Only from official sources: the Muse app in the Apple App Store or Google Play (in supported countries) or the web app at muse.ai. Avoid APK files, "modded" versions and sites that promise a Muse AI download or a Muse AI video downloader, because they are a common way to spread malware.

Is Muse a safe app?

Muse is designed to act inside accounts you connect, such as email or calendar, and Meta itself says it can make mistakes and can be targeted by prompt injection. Install it only from official sources, connect only the accounts you need, review its permissions and use it only if you meet the 18+ rule. Other apps called "Muse" exist and are unrelated to Meta's.

Is Muse an app?

Yes. The Muse app is available on iOS and Android in supported countries, on the web at muse.ai and through WhatsApp chats. Meta has said support for its AI glasses is coming.

What is Muse AI used for and what is it good for?

The Muse app is a personal agent: you give it a goal and it can work inside your connected accounts, for example drafting email, filling forms or planning travel. Muse Image is for creating and editing pictures. Muse is best suited to people who want an assistant to take actions, not just answer questions.

Muse AI vs Google and other tools

Is Muse AI made by Google? What is Google Muse?

No. Meta's Muse products are not from Google. "Muse" is also the name of a Google Research paper, "Muse: Text-To-Image Generation via Masked Generative Transformers" (ICML 2023). That was a research model, not a public app, so there is no "Muse by Google" app to download. Google's own image models are separate and carry other names, such as Imagen.

Is there a Google Muse AI image generator I can use?

Not under the Muse name. Searches such as "google muse ai image generator", "muse ai by google" or "use google muse ai" usually lead to the 2023 research paper. If you want a working image generator now, this page offers one that is independent of Google and Meta.

How does Muse AI compare to ChatGPT?

They are different kinds of product. Muse is Meta's personal agent that can act inside connected accounts. ChatGPT is OpenAI's assistant. For pictures, Muse Image was reported at launch as ranking No. 2 on Arena's text-to-image leaderboard behind OpenAI's GPT Image 2. Leaderboards change often, so check current rankings before deciding.

What is Mira Muse AI?

MiraMuse appears to be an independent third-party website, not a Meta property. Always check who owns a site before you sign in or pay, and use Meta's own pages for official Muse information.

Muse AI pricing, video and other questions

Is Muse AI free to use? How much does the Muse app cost per month?

Meta says Muse is free for most of what people need, with usage limits and paid plans above that. Third-party coverage reports paid plans from about $20 per month, but prices can change, so confirm on Meta's official pages. Muse Image was described at launch as free for everyday use.

Is "Muse.ai" pricing the same as Meta Muse?

Be careful with the name. Search results for "Muse.ai cost" may include older pages about a different video-hosting product with a similar name. For Meta's Muse, rely on Meta's own pricing and help pages.

Is Muse Reels free?

We could not find official information about a product called "Muse Reels". Meta's Muse Image launched in Meta AI, Instagram Stories (US) and WhatsApp (select countries), so check Instagram's own help pages for what is available in your account.

Is there a Muse AI video generator, and can it turn images into video?

Meta showed a preview of Muse Video but, in the sources we checked, had not announced a general release date. We found no official image-to-video feature date either. This page's tool does not create video.

Can I download Muse AI videos with a video downloader?

This site does not offer one. Downloading other people's videos may break the platform's terms. Use the save or share options built into the official app instead.

Is there a Muse AI music generator?

We found no official music generator from Meta. The Muse models reported so far are Spark (April 2026), Image (July), a Video preview, and Glimmer and Code (August).

Can Muse create images on Instagram?

At launch, Meta said Muse Image was live in Instagram Stories in the US, and in WhatsApp and the Meta AI app in select countries. Availability depends on your country and app version.

Is "my Muse" a good app?

It depends on what you need. Reviews describe Muse as capable for task automation but limited to two countries, with a free usage limit Meta has not published in detail and features marked "coming soon". Try the official app only if you are in a supported country.
